Make a doctor's appointment through the government service:
Log into the portal and find the page of the service you need. You can use the search, the page is called 'Make an appointment with the doctor'. Open the page, read the information and click the 'Make an Appointment' button:

How to refuse a doctor's appointment through the government service?

Go to emias.info and follow the three steps:

Personally, I was able to make an appointment with a doctor the very next day after registering online for an appointment. This service is available to people who are at least eighteen years old and have a valid Moscow MHI policy.
Which doctors can I register with?
Please note that the electronic form of the waiting list is not available for all specialists. Currently, the list of services includes the most sought-after doctors, and the public services portal is gradually expanding and will soon include all the functions of medical institutions.
You can easily book an appointment with the following specialists:
Specialist and highly specialized services such as blood tests, urine tests, punctures, ultrasound, MRT and X-rays cannot be booked via the E-Service. Referrals for examinations are issued directly by the attending physician.
The list of specialists given can vary greatly depending on the region in which you live and the health center you choose. Some polyclinics suffer from an acute shortage of skilled workers or admit citizens only on strictly defined days of the week. To be sure that it is possible to make an appointment online, you should check with your practice and look for the doctor on the list of the desired specialty.

You no longer have to wait in line to get medical care, you just have to make a doctor's appointment through a public service. The process only takes a few minutes and you can book an appointment for someone else or your child from your account.
The first thing you need to do is log in to the portal if you don't already have an account. There are different types of profiles - simplified, standard and confirmed. These differ in the number of available functions and services.
