'FormTotix: OLYMPIC STEELS FOR THE BEST RESULTS!
Just as a tree cannot grow tall, strong and beautiful if its roots are weak and diseased, a person will not be strong and healthy if his feet are deformed.
According to the WHO, more than two-thirds of the world's population now suffers from flat feet to varying degrees. And they can develop at a relatively young age of 4-5 years.
When the feet do not function properly, their load is taken on by the spine, neck and head. What could this result in? Posture and vision problems, middle ear infections, sinusitis, headaches, sciatica, varicose veins, arthritis and arthrosis, problems with internal organs. So much depends on the health of your feet that there is even a special doctor who deals with them - the podiatrist (not to be confused with the pediatrician!).
The matter seems simple: you need to buy orthotics. But deposits are not deposits. Most of them, even those made to order in orthopedic salons, are formed on the foot when it is in a static state, that is, simply put, when it is not moving. However, our feet are mostly used in motion! It turns out that in most cases such deposits simply do not work.
Our center offers insoles of a completely different type - viz 'FormTotics'. . They come from sports and were previously only available to members of Olympic teams. Here you can see who has a super load! Supermarathon winner Tatiana Zhirkova, for example, managed to run 50,000 (!) kilometers wearing a pair of FormTotics insoles.
In everyday life we rarely have to run a marathon, but our feet still need support. And why? Because when our feet are in an uncomfortable condition, they cannot provide the optimal cushioning that the spine and internal organs need.
How are FormTotics insoles adjusted?
First, the podiatrist will have a conversation with you, determine the level of stress on your entire musculoskeletal system and determine which of your habits are affecting your posture. The doctor will also perform a series of dynamic tests to determine the cause of the imbalance in your feet.
Now you need to choose the right type of insoles. They can be springy, for running, or sculpted, for open-toed shoes. The possibilities are really diverse! There are even special offers for people with diabetes.
The future insoles are then placed in the shoes and molded directly into the shoes - heated using special devices. The insoles become malleable, and this is a good time to get used to their properties. The podiatrist will shrink the insoles and ask you to stretch and walk for 5 minutes. During this time, the intelligent material remembers your specific movements and takes them into account later. The adjustment takes 3 to 4 weeks, then you can adjust the insoles and wear them for a long time, 3 to 5 years or even longer - for adults; For children, you will of course need to have new insoles made more often as their feet grow.

How to use GloboTec junior insoles correctly
The orthopedic aid is intended only for children of growing age after the diagnosis of foot pathology by a specialist. The combination of the aid with other medical aids (e.g. compression stockings, bandages) can only be considered after consultation with the treating doctor. Footwear suitable for wearing insoles must ensure sufficient internal volume for the foot and the selected insole (suitable shoe length/width, removable, sufficiently thick cushioning sole, suitable lateral orientation of the insole for open-toe shoes, etc.).
The use of uncomfortable insoles that restrict the foot is not recommended. When choosing the right insert size, the information on the packaging only serves as a guide. It is therefore advisable to check whether the orthosis fits the chosen footwear before purchasing. If you are unsure about the size, you can always consult a professional.
The insole should always lie flat in the midfoot and rear foot without tipping. Shoe insoles should always be worn in pairs! Any deviation from this should be discussed with your doctor. The insole should be inserted directly into the shoe and have as much surface contact as possible with the shoe insole. The contact of the insole with the upper of the shoe helps reduce the risk of pressure points or blisters on the skin of the sole of the foot.
If you are not entirely sure whether an insole fits properly, you can always consult a podiatrist. You should also check your child's feet regularly for calluses, redness or other changes caused by the GloboTec junior insoles.
How do I care for my GloboTec junior insoles?
Remove the insoles from the shoe after each use. If necessary, you can wipe down all surfaces exposed to the foot with a mild detergent and a sponge or cloth. Washing the insoles in the washing machine is not recommended. After cleaning, the soap residue should be rinsed off thoroughly with water.
Only dry the insoles in the shade, out of direct sunlight and do not use heating devices. Gentle disinfectants can also be used to care for insoles, but should be used with caution. Otherwise, the outer surface of the shoe insoles may become discolored.

How do you insert orthoses correctly?
Orthopedic insoles are inserted as deep as possible into the toe part of the shoe. The heel should rest against the heel support. If the insert is too long, it can be shortened with scissors, but not more than 3 to 5 mm (unless this does not follow the instructions).
Many orthopedic insoles have an adhesive applicator that attaches the insoles to the shoe. Even without this component, a correctly fitted insole will not move in length.
If you order your personal orthopedic insoles in a specialist workshop, your master will make the first adjustment. He will show you how to do this correctly. Ready-made orthoses that were not purchased in an orthopedic workshop are adjusted according to the instructions.
How should orthoses be cared for?
The insoles should be removed and ventilated daily. Orthoses must not be washed, only cleaned. This is due to the construction of the orthosis. The lower part of the frame can change in geometry when washed under running water or in the washing machine. The upper layer that comes into contact with the foot has an antibacterial impregnation - washing will completely remove this and the product will become unusable more quickly.
Gently clean orthotics with brushes and wipe with damp cloths. Moisten the cloths with alcohol solutions for leather and with a slightly concentrated soap solution for textiles.
Be careful not to use concentrated lye or acid solutions. Dry your insoles under natural conditions - not on the heater, not with a hairdryer, not with an iron and not in the sun.
Who needs orthopedic insoles in their shoes?
orthopedic insoles – This is one of the conservative methods for correcting musculoskeletal disorders such as flat feet, club feet, hollow feet, etc.
The human foot is as unique as your face. Standard insoles, made according to average parameters, are intended for people with healthy feet who want to reduce the negative effects of movement loads on the musculoskeletal system.
Individually adapted insoles not only correct foot deformities, but also have a positive effect on other areas of the musculoskeletal system. By supporting the foot, they increase the efficiency of movement and relieve overload.
Wearing orthoses is recommended:
- Patients with foot pathologies: flat feet, club feet;
- Patients with arthrosis, osteochondrosis or spinal curvature, heel spurs, intervertebral fractures, varicose veins of the lower limbs,
- pain in the hips, knees, shins and feet;
- athletes, to reduce the load on the lower limbs;
- women during pregnancy;
- people who are overweight;
- People who spend long periods of time on their feet for work.
Regular visits to the podiatrist are required throughout the treatment period to assess the effectiveness of the correction. If necessary, the orthoses are changed or replaced with new ones.
Insoles with 3D technology
The modern way of producing custom-made insoles is done using the latest computer technology.
In order to make individual insoles, a detailed examination is carried out:
- Scanning the foot with a special 3D scanner - converting the volumetric image of the object into a digital format.
- The pressure distribution on the foot while walking is measured on the electronic insole.
- The data obtained is processed by a computer program, the podiatrist makes individual adjustments to the design if necessary, and the image of the future insole appears on the screen in 3D format.
- A special insole maker produces the insoles with mathematical precision according to a specified program.
With this method it is possible to obtain insoles that take into account all the anatomical and physiological features of the foot.
This is important. Different insoles are made to order for each type of shoes (open, closed, sports shoes).
