   Yes, our store works only on commission, we do not buy fabrics ourselves for our customers, but we give you recommendations from suppliers. We only recommend you to buy the fabric itself, because the same type of fabric, even the color and density may still vary.

   We will of course advise you on the quantities required by calculating the fabric consumption, but first you need to decide on the model, size range and quantity in the lot.

   To make a batch you will need materials such as doppler, fleece, yarn, elastic, zippers, strings, buttons and much more. All these materials are purchased together with the fabric and paid for by the customer, as they are part of the consumables of the batch and not the expenses of the sewing shop. If we don't know where or what to buy, we can buy it ourselves if we have the scope, then the cost will be reimbursed with a check and proof of delivery.

   This depends on the time needed to approve the sample and procure the materials, as well as the complexity of the items and the quantity of the lot. Roughly speaking, around 200 pieces of outerwear and 1,000 light garments are sewn in our workshop per month.

   These are mainly industrial sewing machines for straight sewing and two quarter length sewing (for leather and fur), skinning machines, 3/4/5 thread overlocks and a quilting and lining machine. For cutting, we use circular knives (boards up to 3 cm for high-quality, precise cuts) on a 5 m long cutting table.

   We print our own union and size sheets on white nylon tapes, and we can also print labels in black or white on satin, satin, nylon or silicone tapes. Please note that these are the simplest labels; It is better to order more expensive versions from a specialist.

   You will get the item code and barcode when you enter the item card, if you tell us the item code and barcode, we will produce and pack the labels for you.

   We sew on orders from 10 pieces, but the prices are slightly higher, obviously it is more profitable to order a batch of 100 pieces. One model is considered one batch, the number of sizes can be any, as well as the number of colors.
